Peekaboo Creche opened its doors October 2007. We are located in main street in Tallanstown. We have four staff both full and part time all qualified and experienced in childcare and first aid. We have a capacity for 23 children ranging in age from 4 months to 12 years.

We offer a varied curriculum daily where all learning is done through play, while having fun and meeting new friends.

We endeavour to give your child a caring, safe and friendly environment where the are contented and their developmental needs are catered for.

Our playschool is structured in fortnightly visits to the mobile library bus where children gain a love of books and learn responsibility in caring for their books. This is an activity that the children n await with anticipation. On alternate weeks we have 'movie day' where the children sit and watch a movie with snacks. On a daily basis, the children do painting, circle time, jigsaws, cutting and sticking, baking, glup, music and loads more… Our routine in playschool is structured in such a way that the children take the final step before 'big school'.

Out toddler group consists of a lot of supervised free play including dress up, imaginary play, jigsaws, playdough. There is also some structured activities including painting, music and circle time.

Our baby room caters for your little ones from 4 months old. We endeavour to keep to the home routine as much as possible and keep parents updated on all progress. We have a ball pit for babies and lots of toys to stimulate them.

We have a brand new play area outdoors with rubberloc throughout. It is a colourful and fun place to be and a big hit with both parents and children alike.
